It pairs perfectly with pumpkins and apples and harvest squashes. It&#8217;s a little sweet and a little heat and a lot of cozy comfort.<\/p>\n<p>Cinnamon has quickly become my go-to on my own clean eating health journey. Need a little bit of flavor or sweetness that&#8217;s not sugar? Cinnamon will do it. I sprinkle it on apple slices and on all varieties of nut butter toasts. I sprinkle it in my coffee too &#8212; iced or hot &#8212; and I&#8217;ve found that as long as there&#8217;s a good sprinkle of cinnamon in there, I can basically drink my coffee black.<\/p>\n<p>This summer, I recreated the flavors of <a href=\"https:\/\/neverdonewithfun.com\/staging\/5228\/2018\/08\/26\/peaches-and-cream-breakfast-smoothie\/\">Peaches and Cream oatmeal<\/a> in the form of a healthy, no added sugar smoothie.
