Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 Medjool dates soaked for at least 15 minutes in 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (Sub coconutmilk or almond yogurt for dairy-free option)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if desired)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except almond milk (including the water the dates were soaking in) to food processor or high-speed blender. Blend for 3 minutes to thoroughly process dates, frozen riced cauliflower and banana.

  2. Add almond milk and blend 1 more minute until combined.
