Hot Cocoa Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix (2 packets of Ghiradelli, if you're opting for that, or 3 packets of Swiss Miss)

Instructions

  1. Chill a metal bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  2. Add heavy whipping cream to chilled bowl and whip with a hand mixer on High for 2 minutes.

  3. Add powdered hot cocoa mix. Continue to whip on High until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.
