Blackberry-Almond Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves loosely packed
  • 1 Tbsp smooth almond butter
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup 0% milkfat cottage cheese small-curd
  • 1/4 tsp pure almond extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender or food processor

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Top with fresh blackberries and enjoy!
