S'mores Popcorn Snack Mix

Sweet snack mix with grahams, chocolate, marshmallows and popcorn

Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 3 cups kettle corn popcorn
  • 1 cup chocolate graham cookie snacks (like Teddy Grahams)
  • 1/2 cup honey graham cookie snacks
  • 1.5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup white chocolate candy melts
  • 1 cup chocolate candy melts
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Mallow Bits

Instructions

  1. Line your workspace with foil or wax paper.

  2. On the foil, spread Golden Grahams cereal, kettle corn, and two kinds of graham cookie snacks in a single layer. (Mix to combine uniformly.)

  3. Add mini marshmallows on top of popcorn mix.

  4. In small glass bowl, melt white chocolate or vanilla candy melts according to package directions.

  5. Drizzle melted white chocolate all over popcorn mix. Make sure to drizzle edges too.

  6. Sprinkle 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips on top before white chocolate begins to harden.

  7. In same glass bowl, melt chocolate candy melts according to package directions.

  8. Drizzle melted chocolate all over popcorn mix, including edges.

  9. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Kraft Mallow Bits on top before chocolate begins to harden.

  10. Allow to harden and dry completely, at least 30 minutes.

  11. Break into bite-size clusters and store in airtight container. For best results, serve within 24 hours.

Recipe Notes

  • You can buy kettle corn already popped like I did (I used Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP Kettle Corn), Or opt for a microwave kettle corn version instead.
  • The Kraft Jet-Puffed Vanilla Mallow Bits are what bring the recipe together. These tiny marshmallow bits have the same consistency and taste of Lucky Charms marshmallows. Plus they are great in cookies and you can use them in hot chocolate too.
  • If you don't want to buy on Amazon, I found them in-store at Target (and the rainbow flavored variety at Wal-Mart).
  • Don't make snack mix more than 24 hours in advance because the mini marshmallows will start to harden. Store in airtight container.
