Wake-Me-Up Power Smoothie

Gluten-free | Dairy-free | Refined-sugar free

Prep Time 4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana (Frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Plain coconut milk yogurt (substitute plain nonfat Greek yogurt if not making dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Strong cold brew coffee or cold-brew coffee concentrate (Trader Joe’s coconut cold brew concentrate is my summer favorite)
  • 1/4 cup Gluten-free oats (Substitute regular rolled oats if not making gluten-free)
  • 1 Tbsp Ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Pulse to blend until smooth.

  3. Serve over ice, or add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
